This thickens overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I make these up on a Sunday night, and they keep for around 5 days in fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cup Plain Yoghurt (I use the Greek Unsweetened Yoghurt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 Cup Milk (You can use Almond or Cow Milk)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (Optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 Chia Seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Optional:<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I often add frozen blue berries in the bottom of the jar. When serving I add a spoon of crunchy granola on top to add texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a whisk, mix the yoghurt with the milk, until no lumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add in the Maple Syrup and Chia Seeds.
