{"id":1296,"date":"2023-01-09T15:29:20","date_gmt":"2023-01-09T02:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/debskitchen.co.nz\/?p=1296"},"modified":"2023-06-06T19:46:44","modified_gmt":"2023-06-06T07:46:44","slug":"rogan-josh-instant-pot-or-pressure-cooker-low-carb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/debskitchen.co.nz\/?p=1296","title":{"rendered":"Rogan Josh &#8211; Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker &#8211; Low Carb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rogan Josh &#8211; Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>500 Grams cubed Beef, Lamb or Chicken<br \/>\n1 x Onion diced<br \/>\n4 cloves Garlic Crushed<br \/>\n2 Teaspoons Ginger Finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup Greek Yogurt<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup Cilantro or Parsley chopped<br \/>\n2 Teaspoons Garam Masala<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt (Or ordinary if you don&#8217;t have it)<br \/>\n1 Teaspoon Turmeric<br \/>\n1\/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 to 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup Water<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything together in a large bowl.<br \/>\nThis will marinate anywhere from half an hour to overnight in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>Put the mix in your instant pot\/pressure cooker.
