Mix the sugar, mustard and vinegar together in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>2.  Baste all over the Silverside, and tightly wrap it in tinfoil<\/p>\n<p>3.  Cook at 180C for one hour<\/p>\n<p>4.  Baste again and re-wrap loosely with the tinfoil, then cook at 180C for for 40 minutes<\/p>\n<p>5.  Baste again, and leave tinfoil open this time, then cook at 200C for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Let the meat sit for 10 minutes before cutting it across the grain<\/p>\n<p>I put vegetables in the Air fryer at step 4. Potatoes, pumpkin, parsnip etc. Sprayed with Oil<\/p>\n<p>I think next time I do this I will make a mustard sauce from the drippings.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u20221 Egg<br \/>\n\u20221 Tablespoon Flour<br \/>\n\u20221\/4 Cup Vinegar<br \/>\n\u20221\/4 Cup Sugar<br \/>\n\u20221 teaspoon Powdered Mustard<br \/>\n\u20221 Cup Liquor from the Beef<br \/>\n\u2022 Pepper and Salt<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<br \/>\nBeat Egg and sugar together. Add flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Then stir in liquid gradually.
