Fish Pie
1 cup rice
1 onion chopped
About 1 Litre of milk
50 grams of butter
2 tins smoked fish fillets
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons cornflour (mix to paste with milk)
1 cup grated cheese
Saute onion in a little butter, add curry. Cook rice. Add onion and rice together in casserole dish. Make white sauce with the milk , butter, cornflour, juice from fish and cheese.
Put fish on top of rice in casserole. Add sauce. Top with Grated Cheese. Cook at 350 for 20 mins. Grill top to brown cheese.
