Isabel’s Red Pepper Sauce
Isabel’s Red Pepper (Capsicum) Sauce
17 – 20 red peppers Capsicums)
6 cups sugar
2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Seed peppers and dice. Put in pot with vinegars and boil for 15 mins. Mix in food processor in batches. Put back in pot and add sugar and salt. Simmer 20 – 30 mins, seal in jars.
