Kale Chips

Wash your kale, rip off chip size bits. No stalks.

Put in large bowl, with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 – 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. And couple of grounds of sea salt or ordinary salt.

Bake in oven on flat sheet with kale not touching. We had oven at 180 and did about 4 minutes, turned them, and another 4. But depending on your oven it may take longer.

They burn pretty quick, so need to keep an eye on them.
I do mine in my microwave, but it is a browning microwave, so a bit different.
I have also tried garlic salt and oil.
Keep in sealed container once they are crispy and cold.
